The order of tour sites may vary depending on traffic and overcrowding of venue.
If you suffer from any medical conditions you must let us know. Most of the tours involve some walking so one must enjoy walking short distances and be able to get in and out of a taxi and/or mini van. If getting out of a small car / minivan is uncomfortable we need to know in advance as we can get hold of a vehicle with a tail-lift for wheelchairs.
Our tours are suitable for children as long as they are supervised by a parent.
In case that Private Guide Malta have to cancel a tour due to an lines or situation which prevents us from doing your tour I will advise you as soon as possible. You will have the opportunity to receive a full refund or accept a replacement from one of our professional tourist guides.
Reservations are required.30% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. Deposit is to be paid via Paypal or Skrill. An email confirmation will be sent once deposit is received. We can pre purchase tickets to museums, monuments and ferry tickets as long as payment is made in advance.

Cancellation Within 48 hours prior to first booking – No refund of Deposit Paid plus 50% additional charge. In cases of no-show, we reserve the right to a 100% charge, being the total amount of services requested.
We strongly recommend that you arrange travel insurance to cover a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances or those beyond our control. We also recommend medical and personal insurance to cover medical expenses and loss of baggage or personal belongings.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items, injury, delay or inconvenience caused by events, which are beyond our control or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence by Malta Private guide such as unusual severe weather, wars, etc.
