This private tour will introduce you to Maltese art and history through its stately palaces and noble homes. Malta has a long history with varied influences, including Roman, Arab, Spanish, Knights of St John and British, which has led to some beautiful architecture and sophisticated residences. As you visit Palazzo Falson (Medieval), the San Anton presidential Gardens with its private chapel (Knight’s of St’John) and Palazzo Parisio (19th century), you’ll see frescoes, magnificent marble, mirrored walls, trompe l’oeil art, paintings, extravagant gilding, fine furniture, beautiful gardens and other fantastic decor.

Our suggested itinerary includes a visit to:

• Short walking tour of Citta Notabile, Mdina
• Internal visit of the medieval Palazzo Falson (closed on Saturday afternoons and all day on Sundays)
• Coffee break at the beautiful Palazzo de Piro enjoying breath taking views of Malta
• Walk down St’Anthony street in the town of Attard dotted with beautiful Neo Classical villas
• External visit the 17th century Presidential palace of San Anton and its public gardens
• Internal visit of Palazzo Parisio, a 19th century Palace described a miniature veresailles and its gardens which rank amongst the finest in Malta
